This item is still sealed in its original packaging but seems to have suffered some moisture damage at some point in its life, as such the cardboard outer packaging is somewhat deteriorated (see the pack photo for a better look). Given this Dalek is also 20 years old and has encountered moisture at some point in its life, its batteries will likely need replacing and the battery components may need some TLC in order to work correctly.
 
A rare variant of one of the best selling toys of the mid 2000s, the 12" R/C Dalek. Differing slightly from the standard release, the Assault Dalek has a darker brown colour scheme and the unique Claw Arm attachment rather than the standard plunger. This Assault Dalek variant I believe was exclusive to Toys R Us in Christmas 2005 making it one of the first New Who exclusives ever released.
