Currently I ship to the following locations;

The UK and Channel Islands,

European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland,

Canada, Mexico, USA, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.​

Your shipping costs are automatically calculated on the Cart page according to the weight of the items in your Cart. Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes on your parcel, if applicable.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of cleared payment. Sometimes International orders may take a little longer. If you need an order in a hurry, drop me a message and I will see what I can do.

 

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. (Note that Tracked 48 is a 2-3 day service, despite its slightly misleading title.) Some other items including larger items such as cutouts may be sent by an equivalent courier, Parcelforce for example. 

 

International Orders will be sent by an appropriate tracked courier. If you are in the US, this will be Royal Mail Duties Paid, If you are in the EU this will be another courier. You may have to pay fees to receive your parcel.

 

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will get a tracking number as well as a dispatch confirmation email. You can also check the progress of your orders in ‘My Orders’ if you are a site member too!

For international orders, it is your responsibility to track your parcel and cover any additional duties or taxes required for its release from Customs in your country (Tracking links can be found in the 'My Orders' section or on your order confirmation email). Any orders returned from the destination country due to being unclaimed / duties not paid are not eligible for a return or refund. If you think your parcel has gone missing, please contact me within 14 days.
