Shipping

I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared payment. If you need an order in a hurry, drop me a message and I will see what I can do.

 

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. (Note that Tracked 48 is a 2-3 day service, despite its slightly misleading title.) Some other items including larger items such as cutouts may be sent by an equivalent courier, Parcelforce for example. 

 

International Orders will be sent International Tracked with Royal Mail (covering the UK side of the journey), these are then handed to Royal Mail’s partners in your country. In most cases your tracking number will remain the same throughout its journey and your Royal Mail tracking link will redirect you to the partner once it has left the UK!  Find the Royal Mail partners here; https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/overseas-postal-tracking

 

Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes on your parcel.

If you happen to place an order and I am unable to ship to your destination, I will get in touch. You are of course due a full refund if no suitable shipping method can be found.

 

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will get a tracking number as well as a dispatch confirmation email. You can also check the progress of your orders in ‘My Orders’ if you are a site member too!
