Factory Errored Battles in Time Krillitane Evolution Card

This oddity is a Battles in Time production error. What should be one of the lenticular effect Ultra Rare cards instead has smooth plastic on its front rather than the grooved plastic that causes the image-changing. Here you can see the original card as printed below the plastic without the lenticular effect.
 
The card has some light wear to the front but is otherwise in good condition.
