I believe this might be the largest figure ever produced in the 5" range, The Empress of the Racnoss from the 2006 Christmas Episode 'The Runaway Bride'.
 
The figure comes packed in a large window box with a spider web pattern embossed onto the PVC window.
 
As ever, please note that this figure is almost 20 years old so there will be some minor wear and tear.
