3.75" scale action figure of a black Dalek. This was a chase variant release of the Bronze Dalek in the 3.75" figure line.
 
The figure comes either packed in the Series 7 style blister card pack or sealed in a factory poly bag. Please note that some figures in this line were rereleased in multiple waves, so the packaging may differ from the packaged image here.
